All of our rental properties include a free Rent to Own option in the lease agreement.  This gives the tenant first option to purchase the home and a monthly credit of $100.00-200.00 per month that can be used towards the purchase of the home.  In addition, you may apply a portion of your credit to any home in our inventory, or any home listed on MLS provided that you work with our team as your Realtor.  Our Rent to Own option does not increase the rent amount, nor does it require a down payment.  Rent to Own is a flexible program providing the tenant the option to purchase at a future date, but not locking the tenant into a purchase price or purchase date.  Rent to Own offers flexibility and a feeling of ownership from the first day that you move into your home.
